It is the fourth entry in the Sniper: Ghost Warrior series and is the sequel to Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, and is also the first game in the series to feature. Hardcore audiences will reject the game for being "too casual", while casual audiences will say, "Why would I play this when I could play this super polished AAA title instead?" If you're going to be a "me too, with a twist" game, you really need to be extremely polished. Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is a tactical shooter video game developed and published by CI Games for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and was released worldwide on 25 April 2017. If you're going to make an overambitious and janky open world FPS game, watering it down to be more appealing to general audiences will hurt more than it helps. I think SGW3 suffered from not being hardcore enough to stand out, although completely broken at launch didn't help. But also broken key rebinding and some goofy default key bindings, plus some misc bugs. Yours truly made a fan patch for the PC version that tries to address some of them.
However it has a few irritating design choices/technical issues that were never fixed.
